Time is precious, it’s something we can’t get back. It’s also the biggest excuse we hear for people not achieving their goals.
If you have ever said “I don’t have time to...”:
- meal prep
- get 8 hours of sleep
- eat healthy
... replace “I don’t have time” with “It isn’t a priority.”
So instead of you saying you don’t have time to meal prep for the week - say that it isn’t a priority to meal prep for the week.
